This weekend, The Sequoia Company of Restaurants, including the Teahouse in Stanley Park, is ready to unveil the highly anticipated Thanksgiving weekend menu. On Sunday October 10th and Monday October 11th, the Teahouse will proudly serve the annual autumn harvest dinner menu.
Showcasing herbs fresh from the Teahouse’s own edible garden, guests are invited to enjoy a $25 prix fixe menu available as a 3-course set menu or à la carte. The seasonal dishes are set to include a harvest salad with roasted beets, crumbled goat cheese and dried cranberries, a traditional oven roasted turkey – with you guessed it – all the fixings! And of course it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without pumpkin. The food connoisseur within all will enjoy the Teahouse’s take on traditional Pumpkin Pie. Made with Chantilly cream and caramel sauce, the Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake is the perfect indulgence.
Perched amidst a bountiful harvest garden, surrounded by vibrant red and orange forest hues, with views of the ocean and the setting sun, the Teahouse in Stanley Park is the quintessential location to celebrate with family and friends. On Sunday night, the restaurant will also be offering their weekly $25 Slow Roasted Prime Rib menu option.
