A theatre buff – Surprise your sweetheart with tickets to see Great Expectations, the classic Charles Dickens tale of love, loyalty and ambition, on stage at the intimate Gateway Theatre from February 3 to 19. Ticket prices start at $41 for adults, $24.50 for students, and $35 for groups.
A tea snob – Treat your tea aficionado’s taste buds to a cup of London Lady Tea at the charming London Heritage Farm in Steveston. Afternoon tea in the early 1900s-style heritage tea room consists of London Farm’s own blend of London Lady Tea, homemade scones and jams, and three freshly baked sweet treats. A do-gooder – Give back as you celebrate. From February 12 to 14, Boston Pizza Ackroyd will be serving heart-shaped pizzas and $1 from every pizza will be donated to the Boston Pizza Foundation, supporting national and local charities.
