Chef MacKay, well-known for his multi-course wine-paired dinners has switched gears in salute to ensemble Tap’s fabulous 45 world-beer cellar and modern comfort menu.

On Tuesday July 31, commencing at 6pm, a special guest brewmaster and Chefs MacKay and Hendrickson honour four extraordinary American beers, with modern comfort menu items chosen specifically for their pairing characteristics. Sure to be a fantastic evening – fun, educational, and delicious! Seating is limited to just 45 persons so reserve now! Cost per person $50 plus tax and gratuity.
