Come join Firefly manager and Red Seal Chef Kevin Loewen along with WSET level 3 and French wine scholar candidate Leanne Quirk for a delicious evening of wine and food to set the mood for Valentine’s Day. Five wines and a liqueur are paired with an exciting variety of foods and dessert. If you are looking for a fun night out or ideas to impress with on the Valentine’s day then you have found them both!!

Joie Rose, 2012 – Asparagus Rolls with Prosciutto and Basil Ricotta Cheese.

Domaine Drouhin Chardonnay, 2012 – Crab and Avocado and Butter Lettuce Salad.

Tantalus Riesling, 2012 – Cold Asian Noodles with Spicy Citrus Sauce.

Orofino Moscato Frizzante – Milk and White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.

Elisir Gambrinus – Silky Dark Raspberry Ganache and Chocolate.
