BACON JAM THROWDOWN

This special cook-off event will feature Josh Henderson, the founder of Skillet Street Foods and the creator of one of our favourite new products, Bacon Jam.

Henderson along with Well Seasoned’s own Angie Quaale and Chef Jeff Massey from Restaurant 62 in Abbotsford will create some of their favourite bacony treats using Bacon Jam for you to enjoy!

What the heck is the original Bacon Jam?

A big bunch of really, really good bacon, rendered down with an assortment of spices and onions, then simmered for about 6 hours and blended into a puree which is then blast chilled, and voila! – You have Bacon Jam, a versatile condiment and ingredient that makes everything taste better!
