Central City Brewing Co will celebrate their seventh year anniversary with a beer dinner this Saturday April 30th. The dinner will take place at 6:00pm Saturday, shortly after Central City’s monthly cask event. Executive Chef Carl Sawatsky has prepared a five course beer dinner to pair with five Central City beers selected by brewmaster Gary Lohin. CAMRA Members can upgrade from 5oz tasters to 10oz tasters for free by presenting their valid membership on arrival. Also in celebration of the past seven years, Central City will tap two casks this Saturday, One at 4:00pm and the other at 6:00pm to kick off the beer dinner.
