Best Dishes of 2013 Part 4

20130918_190309Part 4 of my favourite eats from 2013 takes us to year end.  Some awesome new spots opened including Farmer’s Apprentice, Good Wolfe, Kessel and March, 1789 and Tuc Kitchen.  We revisited Kits Daily Kitchen, MARKET and went to the always delicious Cowichan Region, Salt Spring Island’s Sip and Savour and Hastings House, as well as eating many luscious Okanagan tomatoes at Brodo, Vanilla Pod and Local.  Our final getaway to Rowena’s Inn reminded us that neither escargot or French onion soup ever go out of style.
