Dine Out Vancouver Festival List of Participating Restaurants Unveiled
IN THE NEWS – Dine Out Vancouver Festival attracts local and international culinary enthusiasts with a delicious lineup of special menus from local chefs, a tasty schedule of culinary events and exclusive hotel offers to complete your festival experience. One of Canada’s largest food and drink celebrations returns from January 22 to February 9, 2025 and the complete list of restaurants and their menus are available on dineoutvancouver.com. This season features the largest number of participating restaurants to date, with more than 425 venues taking part and showcasing delectable multi-course meals within one of DOVF’s three fixed-price menu ranges: $20-$34, $35-$49 or $50-$65. And there’s a new $100 category for an exclusive pair of MICHELIN Guide Vancouver one-star restaurants, Published and Burdock & Co.
The highly anticipated Vancouver World Chef Exchange returns for its ninth year, bringing internationally recognized chefs from Sydney, San Diego and Chicago to a selection of MICHELIN recognized restaurants in Vancouver for three exclusive collaborative dinners. New this year is the Vancouver World Chef Exchange – Bartender Edition, featuring a collaboration between award-winning bartender Eric van Beek from Mexico City’s Handshake Speakeasy (#1 World’s 50 Best Bars) and Jeff Savage from Vancouver’s Prophecy Bar. Street Food City, Vancouver’s original food truck festival, returns for its 13th annual year from January 24-26, 2025.
“Last year, the Dine Out Vancouver Festival generated $39.5 million in direct economic impact for local restaurants, hotels and event producers, and saw more than 625,000 customers sitting down to dine at participating restaurants across Metro Vancouver through the 19 days of the festival,” said Royce Chwin, President & CEO, Destination Vancouver. “Dine Out helps to support and promote our many restaurant partners through a traditionally slower time of the year and continues to build Vancouver’s reputation as a global culinary destination.”
With a full schedule of 29 unique culinary events around the city, there is no shortage of opportunities for locals and visitors to satisfy their tastebuds. For a unique dining experience, the Vancouver Aquarium offers an exclusive after-hours gastronomic event with a three-course menu that celebrates sustainability and local ingredients. The Legend of Gastown Gold, presented by Vancouver Mysteries offers an exciting mystery dining experience with escape room-style challenges.
Explore Spain’s Basque Region through ¿CóMO? Taperia’s Taste Our Travels dining series, featuring a special seven-course menu for two by executive chef Rafael Racela, inspired by the team’s recent visit through Spain’s Basque region and Cantabria. Celebrate the spirit of Scotland at Bowmore Whisky Distiller’s Robert Burns Day Dinner presented by H2 Kitchen + Bar, an evening inspired by the bard himself featuring dishes as rich as his poetry.
