EAST MEETS WEST IN DONNELLY GROUP x BROOKLYN BREWERY COLLABORATION DINNER
In celebration of the Donnelly Group’s 30 Days of IPA, development chef Alvin Pillay will be joining forces with Brooklyn Brewery’s house chef Andrew Gerson to create a four-course pairing menu that will feature a selection of Brooklyn Brewery beer styles at The Queen’s Republic on Thursday, August 15th. The dinner will mark the halfway point of the Donnelly Group’s 30 Days of IPA program with the tapping of Brooklyn Blast IPA.
Alvin Pillay and Andrew Gerson have designed a menu that showcases the best of west coast cuisine and east coast brewing styles. Menu items such as Read Island Oysters, Humpback Shrimp Ravioli, Okra Fritters, and Pacific Ling Cod will be paired with Brooklyn Brewery’s Brooklyn Lager, Pilsner, East India Pale Ale, Local 1, Local 2 and of course, the Blast IPA. Andrew Gerson will be on hand to share stories and provide tasting notes.
