Mexican Brunch is back by popular demand!!! For a limited time, every Sunday starting Aug 12th.
To coincide with Food Cart Fest which happens every Sunday at the Waldorf, we are pleased to announce the return of our delicious Desayuno Brunch Mexicana. For the rest of the summer we will be offering a limited menu filled with traditional Mexican dishes including molletes, huevos rancheros and chef Cesar De La Parra’s famous chilaquiles. We serve fresh pressed juices, fair trade organic coffee and
a cocktail menu featuring classic brunch drinks and Mexican inspired cocktails.
All eggs and grains are certified organic, meats are non-medicated and hormone-free and we source our ingredients as close to home as possible.
Brunch
Molletes Tradicionales
Portuguese bun baked with black beans and melted cheese. Served open-faced and topped with pico de gallo salsa. (v)

El Campeon Breakfast $13.75
Two molletes with fried eggs on top, chile de arbol salsa and pico de gallo. Choice of bacon, sausage or chorizo.
Huevos Rancheros $10
Fried eggs over corn tortillas with green tomatillo and chile de arbol salsas, served with black beans and avocado. (v)

Chilaquiles $10.75
House-made corn chips with melted cheese, black beans, green tomatillo and chile de arbol salsas. A hangover breakfast tradition. (v)
