Super electric atmosphere in the heart of the booming business district Stephen Avenue
Where do you eat in your city?
Mainly in the comfort of my home, but go out for sushi every once in a while
What would be your ideal food day?
Any day that starts with a smoothie or crepes and ends with a burger and ice cream
What ingredient do you always have on hand?
Either umeboshi or berbere spice
What’s your go-to recipe when you’re eating at home?
Canadian beef on the binchotan
What cookbook are you most interested in lately?
New Eleven Madison Park. Daniel Humm is the man.
