Chocolate Ce Soir at Horizons (Choc Festival)

IMG_1726November 10th marked the closing of the 2009 Chocolate Festival.  The many events that encompassed the festival are used as a training ground for BC’s youth.  Last night was the amazing chocolate-filled dinner at Horizons Restaurant on Burnaby Mountain. Chef John Garrett and his team produced a stellar  meal paired with scotch, beer and wine.
