A Fresh Culinary Vision for Downtown Vancouver

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Cloudstreet introduces a seasonal menu built around locally sourced ingredients from British Columbia farmers, fishers and producers. The restaurant aims to showcase the diversity of the Pacific Northwest through refined yet approachable cuisine.

“Cloudstreet represents a significant investment in the future of Hyatt Regency Vancouver and our dining program,” says Patrick Gosselin, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Vancouver. “We’ve created a space that reflects both the energy of downtown Vancouver and the incredible ingredients, producers and culinary talent that define British Columbia.”

Chef Craig Sung Leads the Kitchen at Cloudstreet

The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Daniel Chiang, while day-to-day operations at Cloudstreet are overseen by Chef de Cuisine Craig Sung.

A Red Seal chef trained at Vancouver Community College, Sung has worked in leading hotel kitchens in both Vancouver and Australia and has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at the former Forage Restaurant at the Listel Hotel, where he became known for his commitment to sustainable, locally focused cuisine.

His inaugural Summer Terroir menu continues that philosophy with dishes highlighting seasonal West Coast ingredients sourced from local farms, fisheries and foragers.

“This menu is inspired by the wild beauty and quiet richness of the Pacific Northwest and is a celebration of the summer season at its peak,” says Sung. “Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced, reflecting a deep respect for the land, waters and rhythms of the season.”

Designed for Every Occasion

Natural light, warm contemporary finishes and expansive downtown views make Cloudstreet equally suited for business breakfasts, casual lunches, date nights and special occasions. The restaurant’s location inside Hyatt Regency Vancouver also makes it an easy choice for visitors exploring the city.
