In this very hands-on class, you will learn to create one dough that can be turned into lasagna, fettuccine, papparadelle or ravioli all in a matter of minutes. Then Chef Glenys will teach us how to make classic sauces that will pair perfectly with each cut of pasta. True Italian Cuisine all from scratch!
