Tonight singing Chef Peppe serves up some delicious Italian seafood dishes. Perfect for the summer entertaining, these delicious recipes feature prawns, salmon, & clams. Sit back and relax while Chef Peppe shows you how to prepare:

    • ·  Smoked Salmon Rondelle – an Italian omelette filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese and spinach

In this series teens will learn kitchen safety, basic knife handling skills, nutrition and a variety of fun, easy recipes! Teens will learn the basics of cooking and gain confidence to share their newly developed skills with family and friends.

DAY 1- GREECE

A good grasp of the basics of cooking will not only give you the ability to apply the technique, you will also learn the standards of quality. French-born and trained chef Eric Arrouze will lead you into the classics. The classes will cover, knife skills,vegetable cuts, sauces, stocks, meats, vegetables, seafood, desserts and more in these full hands-on workshops. Gain confidence to cook like a chef in your own kitchen!

CAKE DECORATING – THE WILTON METHOD
Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 5:00 pm during September and October
24 hours of instruction
Course I: September 11th & 18
Course II: October 2 & 16
Course III: October 23 & 30

Learn the Wilton Method of cake decorating — from initial concepts and techniques of simple borders and drop flowers to elaborate floral designs and finishes, then on to fondants, lace and embroidery and tiered cakes. Class participants pay no tax on most purchases in the store, including Wilton products! Fee includes course books and student cake decorating kits.
