House made Serrano chili bacon wrapped scallops, honey and Moroccan spice vinaigrette

Phyllo wrapped Brie purse with toasted walnuts, organic greens, lemon tarragon vinaigrette

Certified Angus beef tenderloin served sliced over caramelized pearl onion risotto,finished with red wine demi glace and whipped goat cheese

Pecan crusted free range chicken breast with chicken jus, jalapeno relish and cilantro pistou. Garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

Dark chocolate dipped éclairs filled with white chocolate mousse, espresso infused caramel sauce
