Australia is ready to be taken seriously as a producer of diverse, food-friendly wines. house wine teams up with Wine Australia to introduce you to the vast and delicious spectrum from dry Riesling, crisp Sauvignon Blanc and mouth-filling Chardonnay to charming Pinot Noir, big bold Cab and Shiraz as well as luscious dessert wine and much more. We will pour over 40 wines categorized by variety or style for you to compare and contrast. To add to your tasting pleasure, Dino Renaerts, executive chef and partner of The Bon Vivant Consulting Group will create a dish to go with each group. Sip, mingle and graze as you explore Australian wine styles and small plates to find your ultimate pairing.
