Earth Hour Dinner Features at The Pinnacle Hotel’s Lobby – North Vancouver

Chef Green has put together a unique low impact menu to offer in addition to our regular menu. The low impact option is made up of fresh locally sourced ingredients with the main intention behind these menu choices being that during Earth Hour itself, we will completely eliminate the use of electricity when preparing these delicious dishes. We will also of course at 8:30 be turning off the lights, getting a tad romantic and dining by candlelight.
