Chef Daryle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Culinary Arts having spent that past three years as the Executive Chef at Vancouver’s Pan Pacific Hotel.  Chef Daryle’s culinary career includes the exclusive Savoy in London, the Hotel La Reserve in Geneva, Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver and Fairmont in Washington, DC where he was an executive chef for numerous heads of state and celebrities. 

Chef Daryle’s personal motto is “Nourish your body, feed your soul, happy cooking.”  He takes pride in placing emphasis on wholesome food and healthy eating.   As the Executive Chef at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Chef Daryle featured unique dishes with fresh herbs and a variety of Pacific Northwest ingredients.  Chef Daryle has built a reputation as a pioneer in fine cuisine and with experience in over 18 hotels and restaurants in Canada and Europe, Chef Daryle is an outstanding addition to the Edgewater Casino family.
