Who wants to cook on a Monday night? Enjoy full meal, including a hearty plate of organic meatballs accompanied by cannellini beans, bruschetta and a glass of wine for $25 (or $19 without wine).
Two Rivers and Farmstead Event – July 28
A unique dinner at Cibo featuring Two Rivers Specialty Meats’ artisan, chemical free meats with optional handcrafted, additive free wine pairings from Farmstead Wines. $50 dinner with $25 optional wine pairing.
Chefs to the Field 2009 – August 9
Executive Chef Neil Taylor is put the challenge! The funds raised at this event will connect kids with the earth, their food and their community.
Cibo Regional Dinner – August 12
The most exciting monthly regional dinner yet! This evening will feature the cuisine of Sicily and will be hosted with the House Wine Girls. 5 course dinner for $48.
Italian on the Farm – September 6
Enjoy traditional outdoor cookery at UBC Farm. Chef Neil Taylor of Cibo Trattoria will delight with traditional Italian open flame cookery paired with fine Italian wines selected by award-winning Sommelier, Sebastien Le Goff. Tickets for $75.
