What do you think pairs well with your favourite cheese?

We are going to depart from our curator-styled format and let you be the judge on what pairs well with the wine.  That’s right, folks.  If you wondered whether an extra-aged Gouda or a smoky cheddar goes well with red or white you will have greater choice to taste, experiment, discuss, and deliberate with other guests and our own in-house cheese whizzes!

Next Thursday’s event will introduce some reasonably priced wines thanks to our friends from Firefly Wines.  Firefly has been great to bring us the inside scoop on many vintages, varietals and the hidden back stories from vineyards throughout BC… we will not disappoint on this front!
