Date and Time:  Sunday, February 27, 2011 – 6:00 or 6:30pm (to be determined)
Restaurant:  Tapenade Bistro in Steveston
Winery and Winemaker/Owner:  Fairview Cellars and Bill Eggert – a winery deserving of its “cult” status and following

Eight Wines:  One White, Six Reds (there may be one or two mini-verticals – i.e. same wine, two vintages ) and One Dessert

Six Food Courses:  Light Course, Fish or Shellfish Course, Poultry Course, Meat Course, Cheese Course, Dessert Course

Price:  $110 including all taxes and gratuities
