A Season of Culinary Traditions at Bacchus
Located inside Vancouver’s only Relais & Châteaux property, the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, Bacchus Restaurant is known for blending European elegance with West Coast hospitality. This fall, Executive Chef Stefan Hartmann and Pastry Chef Samson Iza-Fellows invite guests to gather and celebrate the season’s flavours with three festive dining experiences.

Flavours of Fall Afternoon Tea

Fall Afternoon Tea at Bacchus is an elegant way to savour the season. Guests will enjoy gourmet finger sandwiches like Turkey & Cranberry on artisan whole wheat and Devilled Egg topped with local salmon caviar, along with freshly baked scones and crumpets served with clotted cream and housemade preserves.
The sweet finale includes Hazelnut Salted Caramel Profiteroles, Pear Ginger Crumble Verrine, Pumpkin Cheesecake Tartlets, and seasonal macarons.

Oktoberfest at Bacchus
📅 September 19 – October 5, 2025
Bacchus brings a taste of Bavaria to downtown Vancouver with a hearty, two-course Oktoberfest menu. Dishes include:

Poached Bavarian Weisswurst served with sweet mustard and a housemade pretzel bun

Bavarian Oktoberfest Platter featuring schnitzel, bratwurst, meatloaf, crispy pork belly, sauerkraut, red cabbage, cheese spaetzle, and mashed potatoes
Pair your feast with German beer and wine for a true Oktoberfest experience.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Bacchus

💲 $85++ per person | $55 (children 12 & under, two-course menu)
🍷 Optional BC wine pairing: $55 per person
Guests are invited to gather for a three-course table d’hôte Thanksgiving dinner, complete with live piano entertainment. The festive menu includes:

Honey Braised Pumpkin starter

Slow-Roasted Sage Turkey Breast & Roulade with Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, caramelized chestnuts, herbed stuffing, whipped potato purée, turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce

Pumpkin Pie with candied pecans, caramel sauce, and vanilla ice cream

Bacchus will also offer a special turkey brunch feature dish for Thanksgiving weekend.
