The mountains are already covered in more than just a dusting of that glorious white powder and Mount Seymour has been particularly blessed this past weekend.
Why not head up for a ski, snowshoe, or tobagan soon, or plan a family celebration for New Year’s Eve. We are giving away a Family Pass (2 adults, 3 kids) for the Family First Night on Mt. Seymour on December 31, 2015.
The Family First Night will be taking place on December 31, 2015 from 6pm onwards. Contest winners can take the shuttle bus up Mt. Seymour from Parkgate Centre (starts at 5.30pm) and enjoy tobogganing from 6pm to 9pm in the Snowplay area, take in the live entertainment by Tickles and Yowza the Clowns and the magic show by Schmedrick the Wizard or cozy up to one of the two fire pits for a hot apple cider and s’mores. Three of Vancouver’s finest food trucks will serve treats and meals. There will also be fire spinning, a Snowquest Scavenger Hunt, ski lessons etc. The evening ends with a family-friendly NYE countdown and fireworks at 9pm. Winners receive entry, hot apple cider, s’mores, music, party favours, tobogganing, demo lessons, Scavenger Hunt and live entertainment.
