FIGMINT RESTAURANT & LOUNGE REMAINS OPEN FOR BREAKFAST WHILE IT REPOSITIONS & REBRANDS

FigMint Restaurant & Lounge will close and reopen with a rebranded, repositioned and renamed concept later this year.  The restaurant remains open for breakfast daily from 7am to 11am; FigMint’s last dinner service will be Saturday, May 15. 

Guests are encouraged to catch executive chef Karen Gin’s maiden dinner menu while they can.  Standout dishes include Spring Pea and Onion Soup, with hand peeled shrimp, maple pepper bacon, and brioche crumbs; Albacore Tuna, complemented by pickled carrot, radish, and avocado miso mousse; Smoked Pork Belly, with beet and fingerling potato, yuzu dressing; rich Buttered Lobster with chive gnocchi, shimiji mushroom, and Lobster Foam; and for dessert Coconut Crème with poached rhubarb, and cilantro sugar. 

During the rebrand FigMint and Plaza 500 Hotel will make every effort to offer FigMint employees suitable positions within the Plaza 500 Hotel.

The Beatle’s Tribute Night, originally scheduled for May 28, is postponed indefinitely.
