Fiorino Bib Gourmand winner’s Cena (dinner) menu features regional, seasonal Italian fare from across Italy

Fiorino Italian family-style menu features fare from several regions. Florence’s premier street food is forefront and the restaurant’s signature dish: Coccoli e Prosciutto (deep-fried dough “pillows” served with aged, 18-month Prosciutto di Parma and whipped Stracchino cheese) is a must-try.

Other specialties on the Fiorino Dinner menu include Arancini (roasted artichoke and Gorgonzola dolce risotto crocchette, white onion sauce, Parmigiano); Insalata Caterina (charred treviso and radicchio salad, Pecorino Toscano dressing, candied pistachios); Panzanella (chopped vegetable salad, pumpkin seeds, spiced preserved figs, compressed cucumber, pickled cipollini, bread crumbs); Cipolle Ripiene (pork and mascarpone stuffed onions, sherry cipollini sauce, fried leeks, bread crumbs); Mediterranean Sea Octopus (pork belly, carrot puree, fingerling potato, crispy pork); Pappardelle Ripiene (wild mushroom and Taleggio stuffed Tuscan Pappardelle, cauliflower mushrooms, roast garlic and marsala mushroom sauce, black or Alba white truffle from Piedmonte); and Osso Buco e Polenta (traditional Milanese dish of slow-cooked veal shank, crispy polenta, asparagus, salsa dolce forte, gremolata).

The Cena menu is available daily from 5:00 pm until late.

Fiorino also offers deals on Italian wine by the glass every Wednesday night, at least one of the following each week: Altesino Brunello, Elio Altare Nebbiolo, Castello del Terriccio Tassinaia. Also on Wednesdays, one select bottle will be available at half-price, with wines such as Chianti Classico (was $82, for $41), St. Michael Eppan Pinot Noir (was $96, for $48), and Tolloy Pinot Grigio (was $75, for $37.50).
