The band tracks hours slept and quality of sleep, measuring how often you wake up, how long it takes you to fall asleep and hours of light and deep sleep. Smart Coach learns your habits and gives you personalized suggestions to help you get to bed on time. I’ve had this for a few months now and am thoroughly addicted to getting my steps in, try much harder, and often succeed, at getting enough sleep and pay more attention to how long I sit idle. I’ve lost 10 lbs and counting and much of this I attribute to the constant yellow reminder on my wrist. Plus my alarm is kind now, just a small vibration on my wrist lets me ease out of slumber land!
