Cozy Up With Glowbal’s Fall Menu

While the patio at Glowbal Restaurant is tempting in the warmer months, don’t forget it’s heated all winter and is just as cozy on cooler nights. Whether you are stopping in for a quick business lunch, heading over for happy hour, or a leisurely dinner, Glowbal keeps delivering an inventive menu that has appeals to many different diners. Heirloom Carrot Salad -carrot, avocado, crème fraîche, seed crumble, citrus dressing

Sunchoke Velouté – sunchoke velouté, black cod brandade, floating black truffle

Mediterranean Sea Bass – pan roasted sea bass, fava beans, parsnip purée, fennel emulsion

Lamb Duo – slow roast lamb strip loin, braised cheeks, thyme polenta sun-dried romesco sauce, molasses jus

Lemon Soufflé – lemon cake, custard, berries meringue, candied pistachio

Apple Tarte Tatin – tarte tatin, caramel sauce, rum raisin ice cream
