Acclaimed chef and owner of Toronto’s North 44, Bymark, One and Fabbrica, Mark McEwan flexes his cooking muscles in the Books to Cooks kitchen with his new book, Great Food at Home. Mark translates his culinary artistry into real home cooking. Joining him in the kitchen will be Vancouver’s own David’s Hawkworth who will update guests on happenings at his new restaurant. Guests will enjoy this evening of chef camaraderie and delicious hors d’oeuvres.
