Love From A Distance on Valentine’s Day with Green & Blacks Chocolate

Maybe you can’t snuggle with your loved one’s this Valentine’s Day, but if you pick up a couple bars of Green & Blacks and a couple other ingredients if you don’t have them on hand, you could organize a cook a long with some friends. Not just for Valentine’s Day either, make it weekly check in!

How to host a cooking class:

1. Choose one of the easy Green & Black recipes below and distribute to your friends well ahead of time.

3. Choose your platform
   • Zoom
   •  Instagram Live
   • Facebook Live
   • Google Hangouts
4. Set up early to check camera angle, lighting, sound, etc. and make sure you have a room with enough lighting and set up your camera/laptop/phone at an angle where you don’t have to move it so much. Slow down, don’t go too fast, and pause for questions often! If you can have a co-host field questions for you. Have everyone mute themselves while cooking and only unmute to ask questions – or use the chat box, and have the co-host read the questions out.
5. Use baking time/any other long waiting periods during the class as an opportunity to check in with your audience and have some laughs.
6. Take photos of the final product and of all the cooks! A collage is super fun for memories.
