H2 Rotisserie & Bar Goes All Out For Canada Day
How are you celebrating Canada Day? Things have been so busy around here that I’ve not planned much, but this appeared in my in box and definitely peaked my interest. I’ve eaten at H2 Rotisserie & Bar many times and their food and service has always been impressive, so this is sure to be a treat. For Canada Day they are adding several flame-grilled items to the expansive menu that includes over twenty five items, and these will be prepared and served outdoors from noon to 5pm, if the weather cooperates, which it looks like it will!
The complete menu includes items such as:
- house-made sushi rolls
- build-your-own grilled corn, featuring a variety of flavoured butters, spice mixes and aioli
- chicken, shrimp and vegetable skewers
- grilled Pacific salmon
- a build-your-own poutine bar
- garlic clams and mussels
- desserts including Nanaimo bars, butter tarts, a banana split bar … and much more!

For an additional charge you can order up a custom Caesar from H2’s tableside cart. Garnishes include candied bacon, pickled beans and asparagus, bocconcini-and-tomato skewers, and more! There’s also entertainment, an acoustic live performance to keep the mood festive throughout the afternoon.
The Great Canadian BBQ menu will be available for only $45 for adults; $20 for children 6 to 12; and free for children 5 and under.
