Eat, Drink and Be Fröhlich at H2 Rotisserie & Bar’s Oktoberfest Party
H2 Rotisserie & Bar — The Westin Bayshore Hotel’s urban resort restaurant, boasting refined comfort food, premium artisan cocktails, serene harbour-view settings, and much more — introduces an Oktoberfest celebration unlike any other in Vancouver. Taking place Friday, September 28, from 6pm to 9pm, H2’s garden-side terrace becomes the scene of a lavish German volksfest — traditional, yet elevated! In addition to a sprawling, indulgent all-you-can-eat menu of classic Deutsch fare, guests will enjoy craft beer courtesy of Red Truck Brewing Company, party-appropriate song and dance from Siegel Entertainment’s The Alpiners Oompapa Band, group games, and more. Each ticket includes entry, a complimentary beer ticket, plus a beer stein to take home. Arrive in your finest lederhosen or dirndls for a chance to win a best-dressed prize!
H2’s special Oktoberfest menu (served at buffet-style chef action stations) includes:
Currywurst – Bratwurst served with curry ketchup on a freshly-baked bun
Sauerkraut – With bacon and green onion
Rotisserie Chicken – With grilled vegetables and gravy
Rotkohl – Sautéed red cabbage with apple-cider vinegar, brown sugar and salt
Wienerschnitzel –Thin, breaded and pan-fried pork cutlet
Rouladen – Slices of beef filled with mustard, onions, garlic and pickles, folded then braised
Fries – Homestyle thick-cut
Beer Rolls
Kartoffelsalat – Potato salad with horseradish
Spätzle – Noodles with cheese sauce
Pretzels – Fresh, warm, and served with grainy mustard
Steckerlfisch – Whole grilled mackerel with herb marinade
