The Kaboom Box is so good they have to have two! Famous for the Gulf Island Fried Oyster Po’Boy made will local panko-breaded oysters, their own tartar sauce and a side of slaw and skinny fries as well as the cart-smoked Smoked Salmon “Salmwich” served on a whole wheat bun with a smear of spicy mayo. This food truck is 100% Oceanwise and 200% great!
There’s also veggie burgers, BC venison burgers and poutine with mushroom gravy and a tasty crab cake salad. A lot of local love can be found at this truck.
Usually at Granville Street and West Georgia as well as West Georgia between Burrard and Thurlow, but also this summer at The Sunday Food Truck Festivals and at Khatshalano Art and Music Festival.
