After 11 years at the famous French Bistro La Régalade in West Vancouver it was time for Brigitte Raye to move on and start a new dining experience!
Joining her is her talented son, Kevin. He was trained in Hell’s Kitchen by his father Alain RAYE, at la Régalade. Oh la la the menu he has created is tasty, it’s original with a Provence influence.
Tapenade, roasted peppers, basil….the sun from the South of France is in your plate!
La Cigale is quaint, it’s intimate, it’s French, it’s delicious and just a little Je ne sais quoi. A pinch of renovation, a teaspoon of courage, a soupspoon of work and voila!
The place is great; nothing fancy, it’s all about the quality of the food, respect for the produce coupled with a relaxed friendly atmosphere and a bit of Brigitte spice to make you feel good.
