I picked up dinner from the onsite Evergreen Bistro, and the Duck Confit with brown butter gnocchi and Sockeye Salmon with crispy skin and capers were both delicious and well executed. Breakfast was also successful with French Toast made with locally baked bread and a great cup of coffee.
