Join ten Les Dames Chefs and “celebrity” chefs from Canada and Seattle as they prepare an elegant French Julia Child inspired 10-course plated dinner poolside at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver.

Following the long table format – a beautifully decorated formal table for 100 guests, marking the 100 years, will, for the first time be set on the roof-pool deck of the Four Seasons Hotel. A 6:00 pm champagne reception will start the evening, with a small, yet exclusive live auction to follow. $300 per person.
