Finally some culinary event in Vancouver which looks like it is worth it! I have been looking for something like this for too long now. Now I am really looking forward to gaining knowledge mainly about gluten free food whicg seems quite fashionable nowadays, healthy desserts (as I am a real dessert lover and I also want to eat healthy food) and smoothies. Moreover, this event can be a very good start before taking up one of the cooking classes I have just found: http://yourvancouverrealestate.ca/vancouver-life/2013/01/best-cooking-classes/ As for me, it is clear. I will be there waiting to learn from the masters!
