On Saturday, October 19, 2013 Social Bites is teaming up with Chimp and HomeDine to bring you a new kinda dinner party. Imagine Vancouverites all over the city opening their homes simultaneously to welcome diners in for a home cooked meal in support of their favourite local charity. The event, themed Local Global, Vancouver, will attract close to 200 diners and hobby chefs to experience an evening of story sharing, giving back and connecting over a great meal. Plus, Hawkers Market is hosting a private dessert after-party for all attendees.

The best part? 100% of the event ticket price is donated back to local charities chosen by our hobby chefs. As a guest you attend one dinner at a hobby chef’s home as well as the after-party. Tickets will be available mid-September. All dinners will be posted on our partner website HomeDine where you can also purchase the event tickets.
