Memphis Blues Barbeque House Launches “Meat Me in Memphis” 2012 Dinner Series

First Event to take place on January 23rd at Memphis on Broadway!

Beat those mid-winter blues!  George and Park and the rest of the extended Memphis Blues Barbeque House family are pleased to announce the first in a series of “Meat Me In Memphis” consumer dinners, starting at 7pm on Monday, January 23rd at the flagship 1465 West Broadway location in Vancouver.

These uniquely-themed dinners will rotate through each of the 5 (and counting) Memphis Blues restaurants in BC.   Look forward to new events that will focus on seasonal culinary offerings, wine, bourbon, and much, much more!

The first event will be a signature classic – a ‘Memphis’ Whole Pig Pickin’ dinner, featuring all your favourite sides: Memphis Slaw, Seasoned Fries, Collard Greens, BBQ Pit Beans, Sauce, and Fresh Buns to soak up all the messy goodness!  The meal will be served ‘Family Style’ in true Southern tradition!
