In keeping with their mandate to offer responsibly-sourced seafood, Miku Restaurant turns its environmentally-conscious efforts to climate change, by taking part in Earth Hour 2010.

On Saturday, March 27th at 8.30pm, lights inside Miku Restaurant will be turned off and replaced with the glowing candles, as the fourth annual Earth Hour takes place.

Miku Restaurant has taken suitability into consideration across their business profile: from the elegant room, crafted using eco-friendly materials, a trademark of designers Arca 3; to becoming the first downtown Japanese restaurant to partner with Vancouver’s Aquarium’s Ocean Wise Campaign.

Combining innovative culinary techniques with traditional Japanese flavours, Miku Restaurant brings a new style of sushi to Vancouver’s shores along with a sustainable approach to the sourcing of their ingredients.
