for person’s living with Aids and A Loving Spoonful. Once again
thank you!

This Weekend there’s a new menu for the Spring. Our new menu is a creation from Chef Boyd Simmerling who will be taking over the reins of the kitchen from Executive Chef Geoff Lundholm. You will see Geoff out on the floor more often and meeting with guests and looking after corporate bookings and private parties.

Starting April 12th we will be doing a 3 Course menu for $38 person and for guests seated before 6:30 our 3 Course menu will be $28.00 until April 25th. Our menu will be posted on our Website this weekend so be sure to check our our new spring menu.

We will also be launching and promoting Oyster Bay wines for the Month of April with a wine tasting on April 12th at the Bar.
This is limited seating between 5pm and 7pm.

Management News and Change of Chef

Chef Geoff Lundholm will be handing over the kitchen to Boyd Simmerling, a young and talented chef with a passion for food. His new spring menu will be launched this weekend. Geoff Lundholm will be taking on the role of promotions and operations of the Moustache Cafe and Lounge, you will see him more on the floor with a directing hand in the kitchen.

Geoff Lundholm will also be driving corporate accounts and will be looking to help you book any parties or events in the year 2010.

Matt Roden has been promoted to our Service Manager, who is a young and hardworking individual. Matt has worked his way from Bartender to Server and now to overall Service Manager. Please introduce yourself to Matt and Boyd the next time you are in for Lunch or Dinner.
