Nature’s Path’s “Eat Well Do Good Foodraiser” helps feed the hungry Oct. 2

Natures Path Gift Basket#EatWellDoGood Thanksgiving is a time to eat well. It’s also a time to do good. Here’s how we can do both.

On Thursday October 2nd, Nature’s Path invites the community of Vancouver to get in the giving spirit at their 6th annual Eat Well Do Good Foodraiser in support of the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society.

Eat well.

Formerly called Compassion Into Action, the newly revamped Eat Well Do Good Foodraiser offers up delicious ways to join the fun, including a pop-up organic café where people can enjoy a delicious organic breakfast or lunch at the event or to-go, and an organic marketplace featuring an abundance of local products and produce for sale by donation.

Do good.

One hundred percent of event proceeds benefit the food bank. For every $1 spent, the Food Bank can buy $3 worth of food to feed the hungry!  To date, the annual event has raised more than $600,000 total in food for the food bank and the 28,000 members of the community who use their services, 26% of whom are children.
