Rosewood Hotel Georgia is pleased to announce that Reflections, 1927 Lobby Lounge, and Prohibition will all be participating in Negroni Week, June 4^th – 10^th

Now in its sixth year, Negroni Week was launched as a celebration of the classic cocktail and as an effort to raise money for charities around the world. This year, Rosewood Hotel Georgia has opted to donate to the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the earth’s oceans and beaches. During the celebration, Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s three distinct drinking venues will be offer three delectable variations of the Negroni:

• Classic Negroni, a traditional interpretation of the Negroni, features Bulldog Gin, Cinzanno Vermouth, and Campari, garnished with an orange twist
• White Negroni, a modern take on the classic cocktail, includes Bulldog Gin, Martini Bianco Vermouth, and Luxardo Bitter Bianco, garnished with a lemon twist

• Inception Negroni, inspired by the bar program at the Aviary in Chicago, where an Old Fashioned cocktail was frozen into an ice orb, the Inception Negroni uses the same technique to capture a Classic Negroni in an ice orb, which is then doused with a White Negroni, giving the guest an experience of a cocktail within a cocktail
