News from Joe Fortes

LONGER, BIGGER, WARMER

During the 2010 Olympic Games, we’ll be open LONGER, with extended hours starting Feb 12th: 10 a.m. to 1a.m. Sunday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday to 2 a.m. and with late night dining every night.

We have BIGGER large screen TV’s on the roof (renamed Joe’s Sports Garden), so get there early to grab your seat for all the games! We’ve made the roof lounge WARMER with tenting and full heating so you’ll be cozy while cheering Go Canada Go.

We’ll be adding brunch seven days a week with a selection of delicious breakfast items on our lunch menu.

And, we’re bringing in a gold medal shucker, three-time Canadian champ John Bil from PEI, to keep stalwart slurpers sliding without cease.

Valet parking will not be available as of Feb 4th and until the 28th as there is no stopping on the street. But we will be taking reservations and walk-ins throughout the Games, so call us anytime to book your table!

LOVE EARLY

Romance is best unrushed, but sometimes it helps to start early (especially when the whole world is coming to town). That’s why we’re offering Lovers’ Platters for Valentine’s Day a week early.

From February 5th to 14th you and your chérie amour can feast on:

•Lobster Brandy Bisque
•Beef Tenderloin & Whole Nova Scotia Lobster
•New York Steak & Alaskan King Crab Legs
•Miso Glazed Sablefish & Jumbo Lions Paw Scallops

And an extremely naughty dessert, Ménage à Trois. See our Valentine’s Day menu here and call today to make your reservation.

We wish you bon appétit, and a très très très bonne nuit. Or should we say nuits?
