News from Quince

It’s been a long hot summer,  perfect for planning our new Express menus, cooking classes & culinary events for the fall and winter.

News: We’ve made changes to our fridges and freezers over the summer, allowing us

to offer more of our delicious inventory all of the time. You can find a full list of our

Express Product List on our website, see what’s fresh in the fridge today on our blog,

or scroll down and see our latest seasonal recommendations.

News: One of the challenges we’ve had to endure over the summer is the

construction of the new Ferrari dealership across the road.  While we admire the beauty of

their product,  the noise, dust and lack of parking have been annoying (to say the least!).

But keep in mind, we have  FREE PARKING at the back of our store for

our Quince customers.

Coming up in the Quince Studio

Better than a television cooking show, our cooking classes are fully interactive,

hands on, and always accompanied by a glass of wine.

Guest Chefs in the Studio

We’ve got Andrea Carlson, Executive Chef of  Bishop’s, giving a class in the Studio

on October 19, based on her favourite menu.  And Chef Adam Pegg of La Quercia is

back by popular demand on 26 October for another Authentic Pasta Making class.

Angus An, chef/owner of Maennam (formerly Gastropod) is also coming in to the Studio,

we’ll keep you posted on that date.
