Pan Pacific Asian-influenced Brunch September 23

Mooncakes, matchmaking, lanterns and dragon dances are some of the traditions associated with the 3,000-year-old Mid-Autumn Moon Festival.

For many years, Pan Pacific Vancouver has established its own longstanding tradition of offering a sumptuous Asian-influenced brunch, complete with trademark mooncakes, made in-house by our pastry chef, Hans Pirhofer.

We’ve got the mooncakes covered, but you will have to figure out the matchmaking part on your own!

This year, the Chinese Moon Festival Brunch in the Café Pacifica will include a wide range of delights with inspiring salads, a dim sum station, fresh sushi, cold seafood – salmon, snow crab and jumbo prawns, and, of course, our legendary dessert buffet.

See the attached menu for more details and click here to see a demonstration of Chef Hans Pirhofer making mooncakes – http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=qjyFpl3W_Qc#!
