This event wil be held in the newly renovated, 40-seat Relais & Chateaux Lumierè, sister restaurant to and adjoining db Bistro Moderne. Evening hosts – Penfolds’ Chief Winemaker Peter Gago, Sommelier Kevin Van Hullebush, and Lumierè’s own Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux Dale Mackay.
