How much fun will this be? TONS! This Sunday Chicha is partnering with Guy Stowell and Moonshine Tastings a pisco and ceviche tasting!

Guy will speak about the Peruvian and Chilean versions of Pisco in his most entertaining way and will be pairing each pisco with Chef Shelome Bouvette‘s signature ceviches. So tasty!

For $40 each guest will receive:

1 cocktail upon arriving
4 different pisco tastings

4 CEVICHE TASTINGS:

CLASSICO- local halibut, cancha corn, corn on the cob, fresh yam, salsa criolla, aji amarillo citrus marinade

NIKKEI- wild sockeye salmon, avocado, pea shoots, ginger, passion fruit ponzu, lotus chips, nori

CHALACO- halibut, albacore tuna, scallops, orange, avocado, tomato, and green leche de tigre marinade, topped with crispy calamari
