Quattro Restaurants announce ownership changes and new name

on

Antonio and Patrick Corsi, the father and son team behind Quattro Restaurants for fifteen years, announce an ownership change at Quattro on Fourth effective immediately, as well as a slight change to the restaurant’s official name. The restaurant is now named, Q4.

Antonio Corsi, will continue to own and operate Gusto di Quattro in North Vancouver and Quattro at Whistler; while Patrick Corsi has taken over ownership at the Kitsilano location and will carry on as managing partner at the restaurant which is now going by the name Q4. Patrick feels the new name reflects his simplified, modern approach at the restaurant while honoring its roots.

“It will be nice to sit down with my dad at our Sunday night family dinners and not talk shop all night,” says Patrick. “These changes are strictly behind the scenes and our valued guests will enjoy the same Corsi hospitality at all three restaurants, along with all the dishes that have made our restaurants a success for a decade and a half.”

The Corsis are excited about the future and look forward to working together to promote Mangia with Quattro: Family-Style Italian from the Heart, published by Whitecap Books and due in bookstores in time for Christmas.

The newly named Q4 was Vancouver’s original new Italian restaurant; it opened in Kitsilano in 1994. The Corsis launched Quattro at Whistler two years later, and in 2000 returned to the base of Lonsdale, where Antonio Corsi had his very first restaurant, to open Gusto di Quattro.
