Rocky Mountain Flatbread introduces Frying Pan Pizza Kits

Over the holidays there wasn’t the usual nights out on the town with friends and cooking at home from scratch became rather tiresome! Was it just me or did everyone feel that all they’ve been doing is dishes? Finally, we were saved for a from the mayhem with the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Pizza Kits!

Pizza kits come in vegan, gluten wise, and there’s also a kit for kids. Grab the cocktail kit as an add one, that definitely came in handy one particular night after a hard day when I really needed to relax.

Each Rocky Mountain Flatbread Frying Pan Pizza Kit contains two servings (2 pizzas!) and includes fresh local ingredients from the restaurant’s kitchens. The step-by-step cooking instructions were super easy to follow and you cook the base of the pizza on the stove top and finish it off under the broiler, giving it a forno-fired pizza taste.

We sampled the Rocky’s Margherita Frying Pan Pizza Kit, AND the Cosmonaut Cocktail Kit as an add on and it was super easy to make and extremely delicious! Bonus is that the Greater Vancouver Food Bank will receive a $1 donation for each pizza kit ordered for take-out at Rocky’s two Vancouver restaurants, Main Street and Kitsilano.
